How do I upgrade my account to a better plan?
To upgrade your web hosting account, fill out our Upgrade Hosting Form. Please allow us up to 24 hours to upgrade your account.

How do I downgrade my web hosting account?
Please fill out the Downgrade Hosting Form. There is a $10.00 dollar charge to downgrade an account.
I did not get my account setup email or have since lost it how can I have it resent?
If you never received our setup email, it's because your registered email address filtered or blocked it. Check your spam or bulk folder. Contact support if you still need assistance.
We're sorry to see you leave. To cancel your account, please fill out our Cancellation form.
I already sent payment why am I still being emailed that I need to pay?
If you paid by check or PayPal eCheck, our system will continue to email you until that check clears. Once the payment clears, your payment will be marked as paid. We are sorry for this confusion and we ask for you to ignore this email until the payment you made clears.
I pay using a PayPal subscription. Why am I being contacted to pay?
If your invoice was due on the first of every month, and you subscribed on the 5th, your invoice would be 5 days late every month. We have no way to edit the date we take your PayPal subscription or the amount.
I pay using PayPal and I wish to change my account. Why can't you change the amount of my subscription payment?
PayPal does not allow for anyone to change your payment amount. If you need to pay us a different amount every month, you will need to cancel your current subscription and re-subscribe on the correct amount you wish to pay monthly.
